Sleep in comfort with an upgraded King mattress in the bedroom, upgraded full drop down bed mattress and a full size pull out sofa sleeper. The table converts to a sleeping area for the littles. Includes microwave, gas range and gas oven. Large refrigerator with ice maker. This unit boasts 2 upgraded AC units. Tons of space under the coach for storage of all of your adventure gear. You will need any and all sign-on information for Netflix,Hulu, or any streaming service that you may have if you will be utilizing the smart tv's (main cabin and bedroom)The Triton V-10 gas powered RV is a dream to drive and has been well maintained. This coach is equipped with 2 solar panels, 4 deep cycle batteries, and a generator to help out if boondocking or dry camping. You must notify me if you will be using the generator as I will need to get it online for use. Please do not knock at the door where the RV is stored. They are not able to help you. Absolutely no smoking in this RV, If the RV comes back with any smell of smoke your entire security deposit will used for cleaning purposes. I will deliver this RV with a full fuel tank, gasoline and propane, this RV must be returned with both tanks full. There will be a charge of the fuel plus a $50.00 service fee to fill these tanks. The black and grey tanks will be empty when you get the RV Please empty both tanks before you return this RV. There will be a $250.00 fee if this has not been taken care of. No climbing on the roof. You must retract the awning when the wind speed reaches 10 MPH and you must retract the awning when you not in the RV. Please retract the awning overnight.

This RV is an absolutely beautiful vehicle that feels fully equipped with the modern conveniences that I'm used to. Lots of outlets and usb ports for charging things, the A/C held up well even in the hot sun all day. One of the nights we had six adults sleeping in the RV and everybody felt comfortable. Stacy was wonderful to work with and explained the features of the RV very well. I'd highly recommend this RV to anybody.

Stacy was the consumate host. Came through last minute when a different RV owner canceled on me hours before I was to pick up. Stacy made pickup and drop off easy and explained all features of the RV in detail. Will definitely consider Stacy and his RV next time I am in need of an RV in Las Vegas area!

We had a fantastic time on our RV trip. Stacy did a phenomenal job of preparing the RV. He was flexible in both drop off and pick up and responsive in answering all our questions, before/during/after the trip. The RV was great. Like new and very clean. We would definitely rent this RV and work with Stacy again.

Just returned from a 4 day trip with Stacy’s RV.
Stacy was very helpful, and explained everything prior to setting off (this was so helpful if your a novice) and the instruction manual that was given was helpful if you were to forget anything.
The RV is well equipped with everything that you require making it a home from home on wheels.
It is very spacious and comfortable, and clean bedding and towels were provided.
We were a party of 3 which included my self and my two teenage kids. This was perfect for us as everyone had their own space but would comfortably cater for a bigger family.
The RV was nice to drive and took us to Zion comfortably.
We are already planning another trip for next year and will be renting this again.

This unit can be picked up almost every day of the week. I do travel a bit so there may be sometimes that it is not deliverable. If you are in the area prior to the pick-up date, we can meet to show you the functions of the RV. This may be dropped off during a time that we are not here, we can explain the drop off procedure upon pick up. Please dont knock on the house that the RV is at.
