What to Expect Inside
9 seating areas:
* Dinette with bench seating for four, that can also convert into a full-size bed
* Couch + long table with seating for three, they also convert into a twin size bed
* Two rocking arm chairs
Comfortably Sleeps 6 to 8 people:
* Separate master bedroom with king sized bed, fireplace, dedicated A/C, access to bathroom, and plenty of storage
* We do have a twin air mattress to sleep 9 people
* Water Heater - On Demand Tankless
* USB Chargers - 12V (One in Galley & One in Bedroom)
* 2 x 50in smart TVs with surround sound
* Indoor/Outdoor sound system
* 2 x electric fireplaces,
* Bathroom, fully stocked with hand soap, hand towels, Shower caddy, clean towels, toilet paper, and basic toiletries. Note: Nothing but the special RV toilet paper provided can be flushed down the toilet (no sanitary napkins/tampons, no “flushable” wipes, no drugs). You will be responsible for any damage due to blockages caused by flushing inappropriate items.

* Smoking is Prohibited in the rental. A $500 smoking fee will be assessed if rental is returned with smoke odor and/or evidence of smoking inside.
* If anything other than the RV-specific toilet paper (provided) ends up in the tanks and causes clogging, a fee of $300 will be assessed.
* Please try to prevent food from going down the kitchen sink All rentals include a pre-trip walkthrough as well as a post-trip walkthrough. Any new damages will be assessed and may result in additional charges Before booking, please provide the following: 1. Who will be staying in the RV (How many adults, how many children, and how many pets)
