Very clean and brand new unit. Has only been used Once. Has upgraded steps for entrance. tv with dVR and a few movies. It is available for deliveries. I had a fantastic experience renting Phillip’s RV for our trip to Potholes State Park! The RV was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and the perfect size for our family of 5. The layout was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Phillip was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. He made sure we had clear instructions for everything, and his attention to detail really enhanced our experience.
