We were first time users of Outdoorsy.com and nervous about the whole experience. Carlos and his wife did a GREAT job of making it a WONDERFUL experience for us. His wife greeted us with a surprise s'mores basket for the kids, the camper was decorated for the stay and it was SO adorable. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay in the camper. It truly felt like home away from home. Carlos did all the work for the drop off/pick up and it was smooth. We didn't have to do anything and watched them do their magic! 100% would rent from them again!!!!

Appreciated the opportunity to meet Carlos and his wife. Very friendly and personable. The Gift Basket was above and beyond. I would highly recommend his unit and future units to family and friends. A great experience and weekend camping at Disney's Fort Wilderness. I sent a few photos to Carlos with our campsite decorated for the Fall Holiday.

Carlos was wonderful and grateful for them. They were extremely professional and supportive. This was our first camping experience and they guided us through the process and answered every question we had. Excellent RV and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend and we will be using their services again in the future.
