Lots of fun. Easy to drive and had plenty of of battery and solar for our 4 day trip.

Good experience overall. This is our first time renting and we learned how to conserve energy since we were offsite without being plugged in as we used the TV, microwave, turned on most lights, and used the heater at night which quickly drained the batteries. We had to keep the van motor running until all batteries recharged. The solar also helped with changing back to normal by early afternoon. Sprinter is in good shape overall and comfortable. The only suggestion is for the owner to create a simple manual on how the electrical, plumbing, and recharging works.

I EXPECT NOTHING LESS THAN A FULL REFUND. This experience was a nightmare. The RV should NOT have been rented in its condition. The host admitted to knowing the macerator hose was full of holes after we returned the RV which sprayed sewage all over me. Its entire sewage system leaks as soon as waste is added to the toilet (this was NOT mentioned when I picked up the RV), we learned about this the following morning with human waste pouring onto the ground. We drove the RV as quickly as possible to the dump station leaving a human waste trail on the pavement the entire way in a National Park! Where campers (children, pets, & wildlife exist). When attempting to properly dump the waste tanks, is when we learned that the macerator hose was full of holes as it sprayed human waste everywhere including onto my legs! Who’s liable for this unlawful disaster? Certainly not me.
This entire experience has been nothing but a total loss for me. I took 3 days off from work for this vacation for one night of sleeping in a sewage leaking RV, dealing with human waste, and loss of time with the host and Outdoorsy.
I’m giving Outdoorsy an opportunity to make this situation right. Should they not I’ll be forced to use other means.
