Very clean, non smoking, Coachmen Catalina 323Bhsck bunkhouse. Inside is 33 feet long with plenty of room for the entire family to relax, enjoy, and reconnect. There are two large slides, one in the living area and one in the bunk house. The bunk house has a full bed, twin bed, closets, tv and two large fold out mats. It has a regular door, not a pocket door or curtain. The bathroom has a separate door that you can enter from outside without having to disrupt the little ones, if needed. There is a full kitchen that is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cups, coffee pot, toaster. Stainless steel appliances throughout. There is a smart TV and speakers in the ceiling to play the music or movies. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with regular door for added privacy. All linens are washed/sanitized after each use. There is a large automatic, remote controlled awning. Also a large outdoor kitchen with a second refrigerator, sink, and grill. Flat, electric griddle included for cooking pancakes on Saturday morning. Large 12x9 outside rug, chairs, and table included.** The above items are provided at NO Charge and are included in the price.**Minimum Towing Requirements:
7-Pin connector required for tow hookup. This camper also needs a 2 5/16" ball. Vehicle capable of pulling a minimum of 8500 lbs.
Weight distribution hitch and sway bars are available for use for a one time $50.00 fee, if needed.
Trailer has installed electronic break system. Tow vehicle must have installed electronic breaking control system.Delivery and pickup available for an additional fee.

We have a family of four that loves to camp in tents and travel trailers. I work full time as a Firefighter and my wife is a nurse. Feb 2020 - I rented the Catalina trailer from Jason and asked for delivery. He delivered the trailer on time to my pre-arranged camp site, leveled and set up for use. He went over the operation and stayed until all my questions were answered. The trailer is clean, well equipped and supplied with all necessities. It was just my wife and I, but the bunk house was useful as a changing room and to store clothes & suit cases. The air conditioner was strong enough to keep it cool during hot days and the furnace kept it warm on cool nights. The electric fireplace was nice to sit in front of on cool mornings with my coffee. Over all, my wife and I had a great time and loved our stay in this trailer. I highly recommend Jason and his trailer, he is great to work with. I look forward to renting from him again next time.
