To help make your trip safe and stress-free, please follow these guidelines during your rental
Vehicle Operation & Safety
No Smoking/Vaping. Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged for any smoke-related damage.
Campsite & Hookups
Know Your Limits. Be mindful of height and clearance restrictions when driving
Proper Hookups. When connecting to power, water, and sewer, follow all campground rules and use provided equipment properly.
Level the RV. Use the included leveling blocks to avoid damage and ensure a comfortable stay.
Fuel, Propane & Generator
Propane. Use propane responsibly and ensure tanks are turned off when not in use.
Generator Usage. If using the generator, follow safety postings and connect generator according to instructions
Cleaning & Care
Keep It Tidy. Please return the RV in the same clean condition as when received. Excessive cleaning fees may apply.
Dump Waste Properly. If required, ensure that the black/gray water tanks are emptied before returning the RV (unless pre-arranged).
Report Any Issues. If something breaks or malfunctions, let us know immediately so we can address it text or c[phone number removed]Pets. We allow pets, but please keep them off furniture and clean up after them. Additional fees may apply.
Respect Nature Do not leave food or trash outside, and follow all park wildlife guidelines.
Return Policy

If we are delivering the Trailer, we'll get everything all set up. If you are pulling it, we'll have a review of each step prior to you taking the unit as well as youtube videos with clear instruction here:
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Our Travel Trailer is at our home in our driveway, so we can be fairly accommodating. We can deliver to your campsite within a 100 mile radius, or your home to pack if needed. If you are picking up from our residence we'll just need to communicate clearly on expectations as every trip and customer is unique and has unique needs. We get that. It's all about communication!
