Thanks for checking out our families Travel Trailer/Toy Hauler. Please note the following requirements:- I offer delivery only and only to San Diego campsites. No pick ups. I'll set everything up and tear it down when you are done.
- Small dogs allowed. No cats or large dogs.Send me a message if you have any questions regarding my policy.You're looking at our families Forest River XLR Micro Boost 25Lrle Toy Hauler. This trailer has a lot to offer and a lot of places to sleep.Sleeping arrangementsThe master bedroom is its own room in the front and has queen bed with a new comfy mattress. On the right side of the bed I made a laundry shoot so you don't use up space in the trailer. In the external passthrough storage in the front of the trailer there is a hamper and all you have to do is open the hamper door in the bedroom and throw your clothes in.In the rear, the couches become a huge bed and there is a queen bunk that comes down from the ceiling. Finally, you can put away the folding chairs and table and lay an inflatable mattress or pad for another sleeping area (not included).Please see pics for reference.Other things to noteThings to note when booking a campsite: You will want to make sure you confirm that the site is for a travel trailer. Some camp sites have the hookups on the other side and are good for motorhomes that can drive in front first. For example, at Campland you want to book a site that has "Full hookups Left". Campland will not let you use a trailer in the wrong spot. You will want a spot that will hold a 30 foot trailer. Both a 50 amp and 30 amp site will work with my trailer. When booking with me, I'll be happy to help figure things out. Just let me know the campsite and the spot you reserved and I'll confirm with the park. I suggest you select a site with full hookups. You can select a spot with only electrical and water and use the showers at the campsite. Campland has a bunch of these spots and their bathrooms are always very clean with really nice showers.Things we love about this toy hauler- The patio! Plus we leave a new 6'x6' canopy that you can put up on the patio. See photos.
