It is an older RV but it is in good condition. We have put new carpet in. It has low mileage for its age. The rig is easy to drive. Some of our renters have been first time users and found it very easy to operate. Our previous renters have really liked it, we have been renting it out now for about 6 years. My husband and I have 4 girls, we love traveling and seeing the great outdoors. Our only wish is we had more time, but that will come in a few years!! We are renting our RV so that others can enjoy it when we are not!!
