San Diego County is fairly strict on regulations for camper vans when it comes to things like overnight parking, so I would make sure you have a driveway or campground to park in, especially within city limits. There's an app called iOverlander that is an invaluable resource for this sort of thing, and also lists water fill-up stations, etc.For a chill evening in San Diego

We had a great trip in Yosemite! It was so convenient to have the camper van and have access to a fridge and bathroom whenever needed. The van was easy to drive and made our trip so logistically straight forward. Daniel was friendly and communicative and also available to answer any questions we had along the way. Thanks for a great trip!

Daniel/Emily are very professional and great to work with. The van was amazing! It had everything in it that I needed to have an amazing trip! I rented it for a 12 day adventure and it really worked out well. Very impressed with the over build of the van. Simple things like the refrigerator worked great, the solar system never let me down (even charging multiple devices simultaneously such as an E-Bike battery and a charging unit). The bed is so comfortable and that is very important to me! Lots of storage, great lighting and the pull out table was perfect! I am a photographer and used it many times to work on my photos (I added one of our structure from the event I attended). It even comes complete with a shower and toilet! Overall - great value - highly recommended!

We were nine hours from home before we realized the tires were completely bald with exposed steel belts. It took nearly a day and a half of our trip sitting in a tire shop in a random town trying to make the van safe enough to get home. The electric didn’t work so we couldn’t cook or make coffee. The shower doesn’t drain so it would flood the van if shower was longer than a few minutes. And the headlights were so dim that I had to drive with the brights on to get home. The gray water knob was completely detached. When addressing our concerns upon dropping the van off, Daniel laughed and told us the tires were fine despite the advice of the tire company. When trying to explain that the van is unsafe for multiple reasons and ending our trip short because of it he continued smiling and said “these tires have hundreds of miles left on them”

Daniel’s camper van was everything and more! I rented the van for just shy of 2 weeks and loved every second of it. This was my first time renting a vehicle this size, and Daniel made sure I was fully comfortable with the van before I drove off.
The bed was super comfortable and the hot shower was a dream come true after days of hiking and playing in the desert.
What I loved most, was how safe I felt in the van. Not just driving it, but camping in it as well. This was a solo journey for me and not once did I feel like the van was unsecured while I was in it.

We had an incredible experience on our van trip! Dan & Emily's van was thoughtfully designed and included nearly everything we could have needed. We loved cooking and relaxing in the van after a long day on the road or hiking in National Parks. The composting toilet & shower closet made our trip extra comfortable - we were amazed there was no smell!
