Welcome to your home away from home! With this brand spanking new 33’ Jayco Jay flight! We want your camping experience to be as stress free as possible so we have included a few things to insure this happens.We have a large entertainment center in the living room with a smart TV to keep the kiddos (or hubby) entertained!*We are available to take special requests and will do our best to accommodate!Portable generator that is available upon request for a fee.If you choose delivery, and notify us of the campsite you chose we will not only deliver it for you but we will set it up and have it completely ready to go so you have a hassle free vacation. All you need to do is show up ready to get your camping on! (Delivery fee plus)

*a sponge
*dish soap
*camper approved toilet paper
*paper towel roll
*toiletry set
In addition to this we offer a small charcoal BBQ pit with grilling utensils (charcoal not included)For your convivence we will have these kitchen items:
*coffee maker
*utensils
*pots and pans
*mugs
*plates
*bowlsWe will also provide the bedding for the 2 full bunk beds and the queen master bed. We will provide 2 waterproof mattress covers to be used for the sofa sleeper and dinette sleeper. Damages will be covered at renters expense.Make sure to clean the trailer to the same condition it was when you started your vacation! Any deep cleaning require upon return will incur a fee.Absolutely nothing outside of toilet paper provided is to be flushed down the toilet! If other products are found it will need to be fixed at renters expense!Awning should never be out during extreme weather. If you are inside because of weather(heavy storms, strong winds, etc) please close awning. Failure to do so will incur damage fees.Please make sure you dump the waste prior to return. If it needs offsite dumping a $100 fee will be assessed….
