- Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 1.365,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 68,25 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This includes washing all linens and towels. Also restocks paper products and toiletries.
