Camper would not hold charge more than about 30-45 minutes of power for the heat, etc. Did not seem to charge at all off the solar panels. As a result, very cold overnight and uncomfortable. Issues addressed to host but response was unsatisfactory.

Simon was a very responsive camper renter. When we had questions enroute, we would contact him via Outdoorsy and he got back to us immediately. The only drawback to this is if you are travelling in an area without internet - then you don't have this connectivity. I would suggest that he do a simple manual to leave in the camper van for such situations.
Overall we were very pleased. The camper was cosy and warm and perfect for our needs.

We were extremely pleased with the comfort of the truck and camper rented from Simon from Whitehorse YT. The camper is new, clean and equipped with everything necessary for “comfort camping” including pots, pans, dishes, camp chairs, food supplies such as salt and pepper, oil, dish detergent, mosquito repellent etc…Simon was extremely flexible in the pick-up and drop off times…super accommodating! The truck is in good running condition and handled the roads and bumps very well! One thing…if you plan to use both beds, indicate the need for additional bedding!
