My wife and I have built out two Sprinter vans over the years for personal use and really enjoyed the experience, so when our daughter was born and I wanted to take time off work to spend with her, we started TWB Works as a way to build out adventure vehicles and share them with folks to enjoy.

We had the absolute best adventure!!
Otto took us all over Colorado and Utah for 10 days and we even adventured in Arizona and New Mexico!!
Tommy was super responsive in answering all of our questions and pick up and drop off was an absolute breeze! The truck was all set up for adventure and setting the tent up and taking it down was so easy. We had three adults and had plenty of room for us and our stuff. If and when I make it back out to Colorado, I would rent Otto again in a heartbeat!

We had such a great time with Otto! We took him for a week up to Montana and then down to Wyoming. My friend and I had no trouble taking down or putting up the rooftop tent each day. Tommy was also super helpful and very communicative if we had any questions for him! I definitely recommend Otto as a rental — we would rent him many more times!

Overall we had an incredible time. Tommy was a fantastic host & Otto ran great. We took Otto down to Telluride & had no issues whatsoever w the drive. We definitely were inexperienced w rooftop tents so quickly found out the wind was no match for the tent + sleep as it was loud as absolute heck & we ended up sleeping in the truck for two nights. We finally learned to search out spots w low wind & our third night of experience we slept for 11 beautiful hours, absolutely cozy as ever up in the tent. Otto provided so much & helped us learn a lot about roof top tents + thinking ahead about where you take it. As long as you plan out where you’re going & are aware of wind & other weather potentials, Otto is a fantastic choice & Tommy is an excellent & very kind host! :)

We flew in to Denver for a long weekend and rented from Tommy. He truly made it a turn key experience. We paid for airport drop off and pickup and it went flawlessly. Highly suggest this add-on to avoid the hassle of ubers. We drove from Denver to black canyon at the gunnison national park. From there we went into Moab and Arches National Park and then finished off with sublime at Red Rocks. The truck took everything we threw at it with ease. From a snowstorm at vail pass to BLM roads in the middle of the desert in Utah. I mentioned to Tommy that I was going to propose on this trip and he even hid a bottle of complimentary champagne in the bed on ice for us! Everything you could possibly need came for camping was in the bed of the truck. We arrived at our first campsite around 1 AM and setup was a breeze. Took us less than 10 minutes from start to finish with a headlamp in total darkness. The mattress was comfy and we stayed warm with the supplied blankets. We used hipcamp and stayed at B B's apple orchard in hotchkiss, CO and desert moon in Thompson Springs, Utah. I recommend these campgrounds as well the views were phenomenal. 10/10 will definitely rent from him again our next trip out west!

Tommy’s truck was the perfect vehicle for our Denver to Moab road trip - it had everything we could have needed and more! Super comfortable and smooth drive, the tent was fun, warm, and easy to set up. As a host, Tommy was very responsive - would highly recommend and rent again!

My friend and I rented Otto for a week to do a gravel bike trip around Colorado. A change in plans meant it turned into more of a roadtrip around numerous states, but Otto was still incredible.

Tommy was an excellent host. He provided great travel tips before the trip to help with planning. The truck was immaculate and in perfect working order. We arranged airport drop off and pick up and he was a few minutes early. We could not have asked for a better host. Thank you!

We were overwhelmed by all the resources that were available by this truck. Everything we thought would be useful was provided. We slept comfortably and stayed dry when it rained. Tent setup and takedown were easy. Overall amazing experience communication was 10/10.

Ok so this is special, we had a blast with Otto, supreme long distance cruiser, great off road, comes with everything you need for wilderness adventure. Tommy is a lovely guy to deal with and takes great pride in Otto. I would not hesitate to hire again. Family of four (2 teenage boys) all fitted comfortably in the roof tent. Sad to say goodbye.

Amazing time with Otto!! Tommy left great instructions for the tent and the truck was a blast to drive, 4WD was also great for camping on BLM, would definitely rent again, thank you!

We really enjoyed ourselves in Otto -- it was dependable, extremely well stocked (we took notes for our own camping setup back in Texas), and tent slept 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) comfortably.

Otto was the perfect camping companion. Tent very easy to setup, comfortable mattress and spacious.
She was easy to drive off-road to our dispersed campsite.
We had all the equipment we needed to relax and cook a great dinner.
